Usually playing into the prevailing wind, this relatively short hole requires a precise tee shot and a creative, even more precise, approach shot. The fairway falls away on both sides from the center and the approach will be from a downhill lie. A word of caution….long is trouble, short requires a "players bounce". In other words, take a long enough club off the tee that gives you the distance to the green that allows for a short iron approach that you can "carry" to the green.
